Return & Exchange Policy

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in unused and original condition. The fabric should not be washed, cut, stitched, altered, or otherwise used.

Products that have been washed, cut, stitched, altered, or used may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Request a Return

Please contact our customer support team with your Order ID and details of the issue. We may request photographs or other information to verify the issue.

Once the return is approved, we will provide the necessary instructions for sending the product back to us.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item, we will assist with the return process.

For other reasons, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed according to the applicable refund terms and the original payment method, where applicable.

Non-Returnable Situations
