Shipping policy

At ZOUK Fabrics, we deliver orders across Pakistan through reliable courier services.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–4 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Delivery time may be longer for remote areas, during public holidays, sales, special promotions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

A standard delivery charge of PKR 150 may apply to orders within Pakistan. Shipping charges may vary depending on the order, location, or any applicable promotional offer.

Courier Service

Orders are delivered through courier service providers selected by ZOUK Fabrics.

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer may receive tracking information where applicable.

Delivery Delays

ZOUK Fabrics is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, natural disasters, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or repeated delivery failure, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Cash on Delivery

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment must be made to the courier representative before receiving the parcel. Parcels cannot be opened before payment.
